Matter of mind - 2

A man can control his Premature Ejaculation if he really wants to; it’s all in his mind

Some cases of lifelong Premature Ejaculation (PE) have been shown to be associated with a derangement in the serotonergic control of ejaculation. Men with PE have likened their lack of control over ejaculation to a sneeze – they can feel that it's going to happen but they can't do anything to stop it.

The mechanisms involved in mediating ejaculation are very complex and controlled by several neurotransmitters in different parts of the body including serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine – with serotonin having a key role.
